The 3M™ Cavilon™ Continence Care Wipes is a multi-purpose product containing mild surfactants for cleansing, along with soothing skin conditioning ingredients. The Cavilon™ disposable wipes is designed with biodegradable wipe material and features a hypoallergenic, pH balanced, aloe/fragrance/paraben-free solution. Cavilon™ Continence Care Wipes contain 3 % dimethicone providing an effective barrier from moisture and body fluids associated with incontinence. g
These wipes offer cleansing, conditioning and protection of the skin with evidence suggesting that disposable wipes are more effective for prevention of IAD than a skin care regime combining neutral soap and water.  This allows easy implementation of the key elements of a successful Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis (IAD) prevention programme.
If additional protection is required Cavilon continence care wipes are compatible with 3M™ Cavilon™ Durable Barrier Cream and 3M™ Cavilon™ No Sting Barrier Film.
