Free Shipping Terms

We offer two free shipping promotions. Both apply to deliveries within Australia only.

Orders over $150

Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout for orders with a total cart value of $150 (inc GST) or more, for deliveries to metropolitan areas of:

  • Sydney
  • Melbourne
  • Brisbane
  • Adelaide
  • Canberra

Free shipping is not available for deliveries to the Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania, or any regional and remote areas.

For orders under $150 (inc GST), a delivery fee applies, calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the weight of your order.

First order free shipping (subscribers)

New subscribers receive a promotional code for free shipping on their first order. To use it:

  • You must be subscribed to our mailing list to receive the code
  • The code must be applied at checkout
  • A minimum order value of $9.99 applies
  • Free freight is capped at $50. If the calculated shipping cost is higher, you pay the difference
  • One use per customer
  • The code cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed

Exclusions

Certain items — including liquids, fragile items and oversized items — are not eligible for free shipping. Where this applies, a delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

In rare cases the actual freight cost is substantially higher than the amount calculated at checkout, usually for very large, heavy or restricted items. Where this happens we will contact you before dispatch to discuss your options.

Returns and exchanges

Free shipping applies to the initial purchase only. Shipping fees are not refunded for returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.
