6.2 The sale of Products available on our Website will be undertaken by a third-party provider, PMC Direct Pty Ltd (ACN 662 266 944) (PMC Direct). We therefore may disclose your Personal Information to PMC Direct for the purposes of fulfilling your order. PMC Direct will not sell your Personal Information to any third parties.

6.3 If the information is to be used for any other purpose, this use will be clearly stated at the time we collect the information. Where we require certain information (Personal Information or non-identifiable information), we will include a “*” next to the field where such information is required to fulfil the service. Where such a “*” is not included next to a field, you may choose not to provide this information to us.

6.4 Additionally, we may require your Personal Information to be provided to a third party such as a freight forwarder in the case of a purchase dispatch in which case we will ensure that this is done in a secure manner using our technical security measures to safeguard your Personal Information from unauthorised access or disclosure. Please note the above does not include credit card transactions which are handled separately through an online merchant facility for increased security and protection.
