How to place an order with your Support at Home funding

We’ve made some exciting changes to enable Mable Direct payments with your government funding.

You may now be able to send your Mable Direct invoices directly to your Support at Home provider for payment.

If you’re eligible, follow these steps to enable

Pay by Invoice option at checkout

Step 1

Log in to your Mable Direct account

You can do this by clicking the link we sent your email, or by clicking the Login icon in the top right of our website.

Important: Make sure you login using your email address - please do not use Shop Pay. If you are already logged in with Shop Pay, please log out first, then log back in with your email.

Step 2

Add your items to your Cart

The navigation/menu will show a blue bar, confirming you are correctly logged in to your partner account.

Step 3

Checkout and Pay by Invoice

  1. After you add your items to the cart and click the checkout button.
  2. in the Contact section, make sure your Email address is entered correctly
  3. When you reach the Payment section, choose Pay by Invoice
  4. Click Complete Order to finish.

Important: If you are not seeing the Pay by Invoice option, you may be signed in with Shop Pay - if so, select Check out as Guest and enter your email address - then Pay by Invoice option will appear.

Step 4

Complete Your Purchase

You will receive a confirmation email and your invoice will be sent to your Support at Home provider.

Important: It's your responsibility to confirm that the items you order are eligible for payment with your funding.

Product subscriptions are not currently available with the Invoice checkout option.

If you would like to subscribe to a product (for automatic recurring orders), please use a credit card at checkout. All other orders can continue to use the Invoice checkout as usual.
