Black Friday and intro offer T&Cs

General sale terms

  1. Promoter: The promoter is Mable Technologies Pty Ltd, ABN 80162890379, trading as Mable Direct.
  2. Stock availability: All offers are subject to availability. Mable Direct may limit quantities per order if necessary.
  3. Combining offers: Each offer can’t be combined with any other discount, promo code or offer unless stated otherwise.
  4. Funded purchases: If you use Support at Home or other funding, you are responsible for ensuring that purchases are eligible under your plan and within your available budget. Mable Direct can’t confirm whether a product is covered by your funding. Please check with your care manager or provider before you order.
  5. Returns and refunds: Sale items are covered by our standard returns policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Black Friday sale terms

  1. Offer period: The Black Friday sale runs from 12:00am AEDT Monday 23 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT Monday 30 November 2026 (the Sale Period). Orders must be placed within the Sale Period.
  2. Eligible products: Discounts apply only to products marked as part of the Black Friday sale on mabledirect.com.au.
  3. How discounts are calculated: Discounts are off the regular Mable Direct price at the time of purchase and are as displayed. Prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable). Delivery charges are not discounted unless otherwise stated.
  4. Combined offers: The Black Friday sales can be combined with the Introductory Offer and the Free Shipping Offer.

Introductory offer terms

  1. Offer period: The Offer applies from 12:00am AEDT Monday 23 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEDT 28 February 2027, unless otherwise amended by Mable Direct.
  2. Eligible products: The Introductory Offer applies to new ranges of selected Cutimed and Coloplast products that are being launched on Mable Direct. Eligible products are marked accordingly.
  3. How discounts are calculated: Prices are as displayed and are at a lower than RRP price. Prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable). Delivery charges are not discounted unless otherwise stated.
